Job: Wellbeing Worker (Nights) Department: Wellbeing for Young People Salary: £28,665 - £30,879.40 Annual Nightshift Allowance of £1,415.70 (from April 2026) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Contract Pattern: 35 hours per week, 14 shifts over a 4 week period 10.00pm - 08.00am Job Purpose: Our Young People Service supports young people aged 16–25 who are experiencing homelessness or are care leavers, helping them build confidence, stability and independent living skills within a safe residential environment. As a Wellbeing Worker (Nights) , you will provide person-centred housing support overnight, ensuring the safety, wellbeing and stability of the young people we support. You will work primarily within a residential setting, with a significant element of lone working, responding to a range of situations including complex and challenging behaviours.
