Job Description

Position Role:  To support SO2 Trg in the coordination, delivery and assurance of professionally delivered, system‑enabled training for the Army Wholeforce Career Management (CM) community both internal and external to the APC.

The role has a strong focus on the effective use and assurance of the Army Talent Management System (ATMS) to manage training requirements, learner pathways and reporting, supporting transition to DefHRS and digitally enabled learning via the Defence Learning Environment (DLE). The postholder will also contribute training and system expertise to wider APC people capability and change activity.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and deliver system‑enabled CM training for the Army Wholeforce, including within the APC, in line with direction from SO2 Trg.
2. Lead the delivery of training within AOR for ATMS and current Army CM systems, ensuring consistent standards, gathering user feedback, and drawing on SME’s when needed.
