Advert ENTERPRISE AND RESOURCES Marine Services and Transportation Airfields Officer 35 Hours per week Permanent £34,458 - £37,123 pro rata / £18.88 - £20.34 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance) Applications are invited from self-motivated individuals to support the Airfields Superintendent in planning, organising and delivering all firefighting and operational training for all staff across the six North Isles airfields. You’ll travel monthly by aircraft to each airport to engage teams and deliver a full programme of practical and theory-based Rescue and Firefighting Service (RFFS) training. This includes planning and delivering realistic hot fire training at Kirkwall, isles-based drills (dry, wet and timed runs), driving and ground operations, fire pump operation, first aid, and appliance familiarity.
