Job Description

Responsibilities

1.  Manage and Direct the Unit recruiting pipeline including the administration and mentoring of applicants.
2.  Actively assist with the development and refinement of a dynamic recruiting process.
3.  Act as the first point of contact for all new joiners, including ex-regulars and re-joiners.
4.  Establish working relationships with supporting organisations; the NRC, ROSO, ACCs / AFCOs, YODA and Army employee support networks for all recruiting queries.
5.  Nurture applicants from first contact through to attestation and the end of Basic Training.
6.  Manage resources and material to support recruitment and retention, including media and social media. 
7.  Ensure all recruitment activity is in accordance with Policy.


Summary

The job is essentially to massage applicants who wish to join or transfer into 4 PARA through the recruiting or transfer pipeline.
