Job Description

Role: Builds and maintains connections to create trusted working relationships.
Maintain registers and  offer support to all OCE deployed SP, all mobilised Reserves and MRTC SP and Service Families

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to the CO for delivery of effective personal and community welfare support to MRTC permanent staff in

accordance with AGAI 31 Vol 3 Ch 81.

2. Communicate with Officers and Soldiers on the OCE ensuring they are managed in-line with the POSM policy.

3. Ensure adherence to Code of Confidentiality and policy for the security of records held by MRTC welfare staff.

4. Maintain individual welfare files and co-ordinate VRM action where appropriate.

5. Liaison with AWS/APC/Army Reserve donor units/ Regular receiving units/local authorities/ other external agencies.

6. Administrative overview of the Demobilisation Tracking Cell (DTC) including use of WISMIS and PRU interaction. Line
