Job Description

Unit & Position Role

 

Project MANSFIELD – Outward loan of Defence personnel to PAG

 

Project MANSFIELD Lead Maritime Advisor

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Act as the lead maritime advisor embedded within PAG departments.

 

 

Conduct engagement across PAG and MOD senior leadership, routinely up to 2*.

 

 

Support and enable PAG maritime operational requirements through military consultancy, network engagement, capability development and operational advice.

 

 

Provide PAG with situational awareness of MOD and cross-Whitehall maritime operational capability, legal and policy advice.

 

 

Provide MSHQ with situational awareness of PAG maritime operational capability, legal and policy advice.

 

 

Identify areas for joint Defence/PAG maritime collaboration (J1-9).

 

 

BPT liaise with other Defence personnel seconded to PAG, such as SPLS/Dstl etc.
