Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for a  SQUADRON LEADER ANY PROFESSION to serve as RESERVES CO ORDINATION OFFICER CONINGSBY at RAF Coningsby on Additional Duties Commitment Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 01 November 2026 (or earlier/later, subject to candidate status).

The Reserves Co-ordination Officer is to act as the focal point for all Reserves activity at RAF Coningsby. Your role responsibilities and personal objectives will be aligned with the responsibilities to support the Station Commander’s Enduring Tasks (24/7 support to QRA, Support to Global Typhoon Operations and Exercises, Transition to Conflict, Warfighting Mindset) and In-Year Priority Tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the implementation of the Station Reserve Integration Strategy, providing coordination, advice and support to Reserve integration activity.
  • Coordinate Reserve Support Requests, including mobilisations, liaising with Reserve HQs, RAuxAF Squadrons…
