Job Description

Responsibilities:                                                                                           Deputise for the SO1 and SO2 Ops Coord as required to provide full time Ops capability.                                                                                                In conjunction with the PSAO, keep up to date with Op Procedures, Mobilisation Procedures, Theatre Entry Standards and the Trg provided by MTMC iot facilitate mobilisation of Task Teams.                                                                                                                       Coordination and provision of admin support to Team Leaders as required to mount tasks.                                                                                                          Act as the point of contact and liaison between JIACC, JCU (R), Def Dig, PJHQ,Team Leads and Clients for all aspects of Ops and Taskings.                                                                                         Tracking of task reports between Task Leads, SO1/2 Ops and JIACC.Liaise with the Def Digital ISS STRAPSO iot coordinate and arrange STRAP clearances for LIAG personnel.                                                                                                       In conjunction with the Trg WO, forward forecasting of each year’s Tech, JOD & TLT Trg Programme.Must be able to be flexible, robust, pervious experience with Reserves essential.                                                                                     Must be able to use MODNET, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Dii(S), BAMS, STREAM, CHURCHILL applications.
