Job Description

Domestic Considerations: The post is based at RMAS. During the entry medical phase (Sep – Nov) there may be a requirement for the post to conduct assurance visits of the medical facilities/process across the UK.
Responsibilities:
1. Command and lead Staff Role IC UEMC, ensuring high standards of team performance.
2. Plan and execute annual UOTC Entry Medical Program timely and efficiently for approximately 2200 UOTC candidates.
3. Ensure all UOTC Entry Medical processes adhere to HQ Army Initial Training Command policy standards, maintaining compliance and best practices.
4. Oversee and manage a £1m annual medical budget, ensuring cost-effective application for UEMC contracted doctors, fee earners, and other medical services supporting UOTC annual recruitment.
5. Coordinate workforce and resources to deliver UOTC Entry Medicals covering 19 UOTC locations nationwide, including managing commercial contracts for required medical services during the UOTC…
