Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for a Squadron Leader (Any) to serve as SO2 (Reservist) Programme Support Officer (PSO), in Air Mobility (AM), Air Capability, Air Command at RAF High Wycombe on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 23 November 2026 or sooner/later depending on candidate status.

Air Mobility delivers a broad variety of programmes which includes: A400M Atlas, Voyager, Command Support Air Transport (CSAT) programme, C-17, Military parachuting and Special Projects. The Team includes other Support Officer (PSO) staff, programme desk officers and requirement managers. As PSO7 you will work within a structured organisation to defined processes. You will be responsible for:

Developing and/or managing the Programme Management outputs for your nominated programme, which are: Risks, Assumptions, Dependencies, Benefits, Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, Schedules, LFEs and Information.…
