Interviewer/Assessor Permanent Role - Onsite Your role as an Interviewer/Assessor is to guide and nurture candidates applying to the British Army through the assessment process in an unbiased, friendly and controlled environment. As an Interviewer/Assessor You will be responsible for the implementation of both physical and psychometric assessment activities under strict test conditions. The application of a detailed marking guide to ensure candidates are graded in accordance with their ability. This role will involve working a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week over a 7-day period. This will include overnight chaperone and 'on call' duties once per week.
