Job Description

Subject to formal establishment, a vacancy will arise for a OF3to serve as CSOC HQ SO2 Ops  at IWC, Northwood HQ on FTRS (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 01 Oct 26 (or earlier/later, subject to formal establishment and candidate status).

Unit Function: 

Cyber & Specialist Operations Command is responsible to Defence for generating and operating specialist capabilities, ready to fight across all domains to make the United Kingdom secure at home and strong abroad.

Position Role: 

SO2 Ops is responsible to DIWC, through SO1 Ops and AH Ops, to cohere pan-Command capabilities and responsibilities in the short- to medium-term, aligning and prioritising resource to mitigate risks and delivery effect.  

Responsibilities: 

1.     Maintain SA on operational delivery across the Command, at all classifications.

2.     Generate decision briefs up to 4* level to mitigate risks
