Job Description

Domestic Considerations
Primarily based from home and via HQ SASC, however, flexible working is required and will be dictated by the pace and the demands of workload. There will be evening, weekend and school holiday working due to the assurance of Army Reserve and Cadet RMQ/SAAI Courses.
Position Role
Command the SASC Army Reserve Training Advisory Team (ARTAT), responsible for the control and management of ARTAT AIW/SMIs.
Responsibilities
1.  Command the SASC ARTAT, responsible for the control and management of ARTAT Assurance AIW/SMIs.
2. Responsible for organising and delivering professional development/study periods biannually for the ARTAT, as continuous development.
3. Responsible for the allocation of ARTAT Assurance AIW/SMIs supporting AR SAAI and RMQ courses and OTX's.
4. Responsible for the allocation of ARTAT Assurance AIW/SMIs supporting Distributed Training for Regular and AR Units conducting SA (E) (18), SA (K) (18) and SA (M) (18)…
