Payroll and Benefits Manager Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 plus company specific benefits Location: Reading (Hybrid) A leading international organisation is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Manager to take ownership of multi-country payroll and benefits administration, supporting around 150 employees across the UK, USA, New Zealand, Germany, the Netherlands, and other European regions. This role is based in Reading. This is a hands-on role combining end-to-end payroll responsibility with HR operational support, working closely with external payroll providers and internal HR and Finance teams.
