Job Description

1. Responsible for calculating and submitting Army Reserve Recruiting Demand numbers to HQ AFR at regular intervals during the annual AFRS demand setting process.
2. Develop Army Reserve Recruiting Demand accuracy, recognising geographic & regional requirements and specialist National Reserve nuances.
3. Consider and submit any in-year demand recruiting demand changes and potential changes to WF Demand or the training pipeline.
4. Assist in developing Army Reserve Inflow through collaboration with HQ AFR, SWP, Army HQ Reserves and Reserve Units to meet changing strategic requirements.
5. Contribute Army Reserve considerations to Army element of AFRS recruiting priorities, informed by the AFRS contractual performance (Key Performance Indicators (KPI)) model.
6. Monitor AFRS performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Army requirements, identifying performance issues and working collaboratively with the HQ AFR.
