Senior Highways and Litigation Locum This is a great opportunity to join our Local Authority client and take on a varied caseload of civil and highways litigation matters. Duties will include: Supporting the Council and a National Park Authority, providing comprehensive advice on a range of litigious matters Contentious highways matters such as obstruction of highways, service of notices under the Highways Act 1980 & advising on landslip liabilities Property litigation (e. tenancy issues, rent arrears, farm business tenancies) Debt recovery Judicial reviews and statutory challenges Traveller evictions Data protection tribunal appeals Criminal/regulatory enforcement matters if experience allows This is a fully remote role.
