Job Description

Subject to formal establishment, a vacancy will arise for an OR7-9 to serve as Innovation Training Instructor  at Defence Academy Shrivenham on FTRS (LC) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 01 Nov 26.

Unit Function - To deliver world-class education and training to leaders to develop the intellectual edge needed for success on operations and leadership in government.

Position Role - The Innovation Training Instructor is responsible for the effective management and delivery of innovation training short courses within the Defence Capability Management School (DCMS)

Responsibilities - 

Acting as an instructor on some modules of Innovation training, including lesson planning and delivering the formal assessment process.

Central point for organising distributed training, and participating in the delivery of it.

Supporting SO2 reviewing training feedback and managing continuing content and design adjustments and planned delivery changes.…
