Job Description

Domestic Considerations: Based at Army Headquarters, Andover. Limited UK travel may be required, mainly to RHQ The RLC, APC Glasgow and meetings. Flexible working arrangements may be considered, subject to business need. Service accommodation is unlikely to be available for FTRS (HC) personnel.
Role: Workforce planning for the Royal Logistic Corps (RLC) and the Queen's Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment (QOGLR).
Responsibilities:
1. Workforce planning: Develop plans to sustainably meet the RLC/QOGLR workforce requirement (Regular and Reserve) by CEG, in order to deliver operations.
2. Support the Army Workforce Planning Process, including steady-state modelling, sustainability checks, inflow targets and E2/REM allocation.
3. Influence stakeholders, including RHQ The RLC, APC CM, HoC RLC and AITC, to optimise the allocation of available workforce for the RLC/QOGLR.
