Job Description

Subject to formal establishment, two vacancies will arise for an OF4 to serve as BCM Ops SO1 at MOD Abbey Wood on Full Time Reservist Service Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 1 Nov 26. 

This is a superb opportunity to Lead the BCM Ops Cell, establish Programme reporting mechanisms for BCM activity and coordinate all Training, Safety, Business Process activity, Communications and Engagement impacting the MCs / EOs.

Responsible to OF5 BCM for influence across the MCs (primarily Army) to ready the MCs / EOs for the receipt of BMfS products.

Establishment and subsequent management of the BCM Joint Operations Cell, act as 1RO for future J3 SO2s / SO3s / NCOs.

Work with the Systems Integrator (IBM for DEEAMS, Digital Allies for DLIS) and the relevant BMfS Project Teams, understanding how the technical capability can be exploited and integrated into the MCs.

Efficiently respond to any hasty requirements from the MCs / EOs wrt impacts…
