Job Description

Domestic Considerations: 12 months mobilisation. Army/Regular Reserve post, some travel and overnight duty will be required. Potential for short visits overseas.

Position Role:  SO2 Op FORCEFUL is the principal G3/5 staff officer responsible for Army Reserve Op FORCEFUL activities across the ARRC.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning of Army Reserve Op FORCEFUL activities across the ARRC including exercise design, SOR generation, movement plans, bookings, budgets and SRM.
2. Coordinate with higher, peer and ARRC subordinate formations to ensure a coherent and deliverable plan is developed.
3. Identify and manage Risks, Issues and Opportunities to ensure successful delivery of Op FORCEFUL activities.
4. Provide subject matter expertise on Army Reserve training.
5. Provide support to the wider HQ and projects as required.

  • Army Reserve Mobilisation (DAOTO) for a variety of Pte/LCpl/Cpl
