Job Description

Responsibilities
1. To advise the Comd, CoC and individuals on all aspects of Career Management in liaison with the APC and Bde G1 staff.
2. Implement and supervise control of the unit's soldiers, policy and procedures on promotion and assignments
3. Act as the main unit PoC for APC on soldier workforce issues.
4. Assist in the organisation and management of all soldier grading boards on behalf of the Commander.
5. The focal point for personal development and advice to soldiers, vocational education and training.
6. Review the AFC 8005s and staff establishment amendments.

Essential Skills

RCMO qualified - can be completed in post

J1 Staff & Pers experience.

Desirable Skills

Previous RCMO at RD
Previous APC experience
