Job Description

Position Role: Develop, manage and coordinate the RLC Sldr workforce, including the selection of 3RT applicants.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate RLC Sldr workforce with Strategic WF Plans, HQ Army, and APC.
2. Principal staff focus for RLC Sldr Re-allocation, Re-trade, Rejoiners and Transferees (3RT).
3. In conjunction with HQ Army, HQ ARITC, HQ RG, CAPITA & DCSp plan and coord the detailed management of the RLC Recruitment Action Plan (RAP) including, 3RT.
4. With Defence College of Support, coordinate and manage the RLC Sldr WF pipeline including 3RT within Basic Training and Initial Trade Training establishments with the designated RLC HoA/Trg Offrs.
5. Act as the primary RLC POC for CAPITA Candidate Support Managers (CSMs), ASCs and Army Career Centres (ACC) for Shading, CEG entrance, GTI requests and CEG specific criteria.
6. Provide advice to WF Plans to manage and coordinate the RLC DTP, and to all RCMOs involved in the 3RT process.
