Job Description

Domestic Considerations: Minimum 27 RSDs per year, additional RSDs maybe negotiable. Army Reserve post - requires availability training evenings, exercise, weekends and ACT. Position Role: Chef. Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.
2 Plan, prepare, cook and serve meals.
3.Maintain food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
4. Allocate tasks and oversee daily kitchen routine
5. Manage rations, stock and kitchen stores.
6. Train and develop junior soldiers in catering duties.
7. Maintain discipline standards and military bearing.
8. Support catering in barracks, field and deployed environments.
9. Report issues, requirements and performance to the CoC.
