Additional information

War in Ukraine has driven an unprecedented requirement for change into the Army – the LWC is leading that seismic change by identifying lessons informing How we Fight 26 and designing and delivering the training solution to meet that. LWC offers a wide range of Pers, C&A and Op Sp KSE which is transferrable beyond the Trg DLOD. Promotion prospects have never been stronger, both within the organisation (which requires SMEs in all ranks across training, assurance, optimisation, and experimentation) and wider. The facilities on camp are excellent and hybrid working in the HQ is possible, balanced as necessary to meet the needs of the organisation and the individual.
