The quick and easy way for a new Member to create a List account, or for an existing Member to upload an up-to-date CV into your account.
Notes:
CVs can be uploaded with .doc, .docx or .pdf file extensions.
.rtf files cannot be accepted on the system. For new Members, the CV will be used to create an initial account which, once verified, will create a link to enable you to register and complete a full List account; you will not be able to apply for a job, or network, until you have done so.
For existing Members, provided the e-mail address you use above corresponds to that already recorded in your account, the new CV will be added to your account. Additionally uploading a CV will be taken as your agreement to our data management policy and terms.
Eligibility to Join: You must be a serving or former member, including the reserves, of the UK Armed Forces to be able to join The List. Exceptionally, we do permit non-UK forces people, who have been embedded within the UK Armed Forces, to join: if you fall into this latter category please Contact Us before registering.
Registration is free and easy and provides access to additional facilities within this site.

Provide MIS & assurance support to the Service Complaints process, and provision of data and stats to Army, Defence and SCOAF.
Specific Roles include:
1 Command and lead Service Complaints MIS Team conducting assurance and compliance on SC Sec and CoC processes, iaw legislation and policy. 2 Prepare, maintain and update all SC MIS, including trend analysis and briefing notes, for the Army and tri-Service as required. 3 Member of the Service Complaints Working Group and SCOAF Service Complaints Statistics Group providing SME advice. 4 Identify, report and manage CMS SC change requirements and CMS SC tri-Service change management & delivery on behalf of the Services. 5 Write and amend bespoke SC reports for the Services, the Centre and the SCOAF. Publish on the discipline dashboard as required. 6 Oversee Army JPA discipline guides and support the DBS Discipline Process Lead in the production of tS CMS Business Process Guides. 7 Manage and conduct training and education on CMS and associated digital reporting systems iaw policy and legislation. 8 Support and lead other tasks as required by the Service Complaints Secretary IAW business need.

Experience of working with the Service Complaints Case Management System. ICSC(L). Sub unit command. Previous G1 experience. Knowledge of assurance and statistical analysis. Experience of working within a Formation HQ.

Must possess empathy and absolute discretion as they will handle daily, confidential personal information of a highly sensitive nature.
Must also demonstrate attention to detail and consistent accuracy in their work as mistakes can have a disproportionate effect further on.
Remote working is supported and enabled with appropriate IT. Incumbent should be able to work on-site for 3 days per week.
