Task requirements

Domestic Considerations: Preferably live within a 50 mile radius of SO15 2DX. 44 RSDs per year (additional RSDs may be negotiable). Some weekend and overnight duty required.
Position Role: Subaltern
Responsibilities:
1. Act as an observer / mentor on the MOD A course.
2. To lead by example and to epitomise the Army's Values and Standards through the Army Leadership Code. To be a leader, mentor and role model to all Officer Cadets.
3. Conduct military training using infantry platoon TTPs as a delivery mechanism.
4. To provide assessment of OCdt's performances against the RMAS assessment strategy and in line with the CO's Directive and maintain detailed and accurate reports on all OCdts.
5. Fully contribute to OTC life including sport, social and adventurous training.
6. Act as a Regimental Representative.
7. Advise Officer Cadets on their future careers and be responsible for all aspects of their management and discipline.
8. Discharge additional responsibilities as directed by the CoC.
