Task requirements

1. Plan, deliver and maintain the required sub-unit standards of individual and collective training. 

2. Maintain discipline within the Coy. 

3. Maintain co-ordination function for welfare and employer liaison of Coy personnel. 

4. Plan and manage careers of all Coy personnel and ensure timely and accurate career reporting.  

5. Manage all Coy equipment, ensure the security and accounting of all weapons and equipment. 

6. Manage and provide oversight of all Coy financial accounts. 

7. Recruit and retain soldiers and support recruiting initiatives to sustain Coy trained strength to establishment

Essential competencies

CWC(R)

ICSC(R) or confirmed place on course.

Desirable competencies

Sub-Unit Command Course

Coy 2IC experience

Acting rank considered for elevated Captains

Selection Process
