Task requirements

Domestic Considerations:  Incumbent will routinely work from home, but they may be required to travel occasionally to Andover for meetings. Separated service and travel are also required to conduct unit visits, testing and assessment.

Position role:  Team member of the Review of G1 Administration Inefficiencies (REGAIN) project, whose purpose is to improve the efficiency of the Army’s G1 administration. Responsible for delivering the replacement for the Army’s
Service Charitable Funds accounting application for the Army. As a member of the Digital and Data Delivery Hub, represent the Army’s requirements for Defence’s Military HR System and contributing to other digital developments
across the Army People Function.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, develop and implement working practice efficiencies in pan-Army G1 procedures within the timelines specified by the REGAIN PM.
