Position Role: Officer Commanding 217 Fd Sqn EOD&S.
This is a Volunteer Reserve position with a Reserve Unit that provides EOD, advanced and intermediate search support to operations, with SHQ based in Iford, and RHQ base in Catford.
Domestic Considerations:
Commuting to SHQ based in Ilford and Occasional Visits to RHQ based in Catford will also be required. the majority of OCs attend in excess of the standard 27 RSDs per year.
This is a Volunteer Reserve position in 299 Para Sqn RE, based in Hull, part of 23 Para Engineer Regiment based in Suffolk, which provides close support engineer support to 16 Air Assault Brigade
Domestic Considerations:
Commuting to SHQ based in Hull and occasionally to RHQ based in Suffolk will also be required. the majority of OCs attend in excess of the standard 27 RSDs per year.
